Infinite Option provides the following services:

- Software development and CRM solutions
- Customer communication via WhatsApp Business
- Project management and consultation
3. WhatsApp Business Communication
By initiating or responding to messages on our WhatsApp Business number, you agree to the following:
- Messages you send to us may be stored and processed in our CRM system for customer service and project management purposes.
- We may send you replies, project updates, quotations, invoices, and follow-up messages related to your enquiries.
- Your phone number and profile name will be recorded as a contact in our system.
- We will not use your WhatsApp information for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
- You may opt out of communications at any time by sending "STOP" or by notifying us.
4. User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Not misuse our communication channels for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
- Respect intellectual property rights of the Company and third parties
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or platforms
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Project Terms
- Quotations: All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
- Payments: Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. A token/advance payment may be required to commence work.
- Timelines: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope changes, client feedback delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Revisions: The number of design revisions included will be specified in the project agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
- All original content, designs, code, and materials created by Infinite Option remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Infinite Option shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
- We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers (hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways, etc.).
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to business plans, customer data, technical specifications, and financial information.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the terms of the individual project agreement.
- In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platforms for users who violate these terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
